Start and finish is at Auktionsvej 2, with four distances to suit every level: 10 km along the water and around the harbour, 5 km through town and the dunes, a One Mile run for kids and beginners, and a One Mile walk at your own pace.

Start times are staggered so each distance gets its moment: One Mile at 17:15, 5 km at 18:00, and 10 km at 18:25.

Every finisher receives a medal, and prizes go to the top three women and men on all distances. Bib numbers can be collected from 7:45 am at the secretariat on Auktionsvej — no later than 15 minutes before your distance starts. Water and energy drinks are available along the route, with refreshments and fruit waiting at the finish. First aiders and a defibrillator will be on site, and there's a secure place to leave your valuables.

Once you're across the line, the evening carries on: food stalls, draft beer and cold drinks from Hvide Sande Bryghus, ice cream from the Iscafé, live music and activities for the kids. Æ Klitløb is supported by the Nordea Foundation and developed in partnership with HSB Walk and Run.

Places are capped at 600. Registration is open until race day, but don't leave it too late.
