Jazz Days '26 in Hvide Sande takes over Stormgade from Monday, August 3rd through Thursday, August 6th, and the opening concert features a name that Danish jazz fans know as synonymous with the best atmosphere: Jazz Dippers.

The well-known and beloved jazz orchestra takes the stage on Monday, August 3rd from 2:00-4:30 PM, delivering exactly what they do best – infectious swing, traditional jazz and boogie, spiced with good humor and an intense jazz atmosphere that gets people swaying along.

The repertoire spans jazz classics from both New Orleans and Denmark. From Louis Armstrong to Bjarne Liller, the orchestra offers the melodies that have defined the jazz genre through generations. With Søren Peter Frøsig on trumpet and vocals, Brian Svendsen on piano, clarinet and vocals, Nicolas Kock on double bass, and Peter Bjerrum on drums, this is a group of musicians who know exactly how to create the right atmosphere.

Jazz Days '26 is organized as a collaboration between hvidesande.by and Holmsland Klit Turistforening, and the concept is both simple and accessible: Four days of jazz on an outdoor stage at eye level, where the audience can enjoy the music up close. And admission is free for all concerts, so everyone can join in, whether you're an experienced jazz lover or just curious.

— We want to make jazz accessible to everyone. When the stage is placed at eye level right in the townscape and there's no admission fee, the music comes really close. It creates a unique atmosphere where Hvide Sande buzzes with life and sound.
