hvidesande.by is run by the association of the same name: Hvide Sande By (formerly Foreningen Havnen), which is an association of a large number of local businesses and traders.

The association works with the dedicated purpose of promoting trade in Hvide Sande. Membership is open to traders with commercial interests in Hvide Sande.

The daily contact with members and stakeholders is handled by trade coordinator Christian Estrup, who has office space and is available by appointment at CoastWork, at the port.

As a member of hvidesande.by, you first and foremost get a stronger representation of the commercial life in Hvide Sande, both towards authorities and when it comes to branding and marketing the city. We are working on a very specific strategy to increase the number of shops and visitors by 2028.
 
hvidesande.by is involved in everything from signage and advertising, to specific events and live music, to actual urban planning and strategic development of Hvide Sande as the best shopping city on the West Coast.
 
Specifically, as a member, you will of course also have the opportunity to participate in our general meeting, the fall membership meeting (which also includes dinner and presentations), and various after-work meetings throughout the year.
